Bacon and Beef Parmi Loaf

Ingredients
500 grams of beef mince
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of oregano
2 tablespoons of parsley
2 tablespoons of basil
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 jar pasta sauce (I used Dolmio)
10 pieces of shortcut bacon
2 eggs
Instructions
Combine spices, eggs, mince, breadcrumbs in a large bowl.
Mould into a rectangular loaf shape and cut in half.
Place 150 grams of mozzarella cheese in the middle of halves of loaf.
Reshape loaf together and smooth all outside edges.
Cover outside of loaf with bacon. I secured with toothpicks. Place on top of slow cooker. I lined mine with baking paper to avoid sticking.
Sprinkle half of remaining cheese on top of loaf.
Cover with jar of pasta sauce and remaining cheese.
Cook on high for four hours.
