Hickory BBQ Chicken
Super easy and great to self serve at a party!

- 1kg chicken thigh fillets
- 250ml bottle of Hickory BBQ Sauce
Place chicken fillets into slow cooker whole
Pour over sauce
Cook on low for approx 4hrs
Pull apart/shred meat with two forks (this will then soak up all the excess liquid)
Serve on rolls with salad and cheese for easy burgers :)
Notes
Flavours can be changed easily by changing the sauce you use
You can use Marinade sauces also
eg Satay, BBQ Plum, Honey Soy etc
Also great for self serve at a party directly from the slow cooker onto the rolls by guests
