Ingredients
1 lamb leg
5 sprigs rosemary
5 sprigs mint
3 tsp crushed garlic
Drizzle olive oil
1tbls lemon juice
1 tsp lemon rind
1 cup beef stock
Gravy powder
Salt pepper
Instructions
Cut slits in lamb and put rosemary and mints sprigs in them.
Mix olive oil garlic and lemon juice and rind and rub over lamb.
Salt and pepper lamb and place in slow cooker with stock.
Cook 8 hours on low.
Remove lamb and rest.Thicken juices with gravy powder.
Slice lamb and serve.
