Creamy Garlic Chicken - LOW CARB
An easy yet tasty, LOW CARB, cheesy, creamy chicken delight!

Ingredients
700g skinless chicken thigh fillets
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
300ml cooking cream
Salt and Pepper
1 cup grated tasty cheese + extra to serve
Instructions
Dice chicken into small cubes
Sear chicken and garlic in a searing slow cooker (or on stove top then transfer to slow cooker) until lightly browned
In slow cooker add cream to the chicken and garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper
Cover using

Cook on low for 2hrs
Add cheese and stir to melt
Serve with extra cheese garnish
A great low carb meal when served with

as pictured above
Note
Larger chicken pieces will required extra cooking time
I cooked mine in a 5L Breville Searing Slow Cooker
