Chicken potato bake
A nice creamy potato bake with a chicken flavour
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes -peeled and sliced
- 1 onion - diced
- 1 stock cube
- 1 tin condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 2 cups grated cheese
Instructions
- Layer potatoes in slow cooker
- Pour over onion
- Combine soup, stock cube and cream in a bowl
- Pour mixture over potatoes
- Sprinkle grated cheese over top
- Cook for 4 hours on high with a tea towel under the lid to prevent moisture
