Ingredients
1.5 Cups Samp (soaked overnight)
1kg Chicken necks
1x Cube chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker on high for 8 hours.
Then dish up and enjoy :)
Notes
Melanie explains "Samp is a South African food consisting of dried corn kernels that have been stamped and chopped until broken"
The bones are cooked very soft the whole day. It is your choice how you want to eat. My husband eats just the meat off them, I eat the whole thing.
