Creamy pumpkin, potato and bacon soup

Ingredients
4-5 potatoes peeled and chopped
Half of a jap pumpkin
2xcups diced bacon
1x onion diced
1L chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Half a tub of thickened cream
Instructions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker except cream.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until pumpkin is soft.
Use handheld blender to puree or place batches in blender and blend until smooth return to slow cooker and stir through cream.
Serve with crusty bread
