Add flour and dry soup mix in a snap lock or freezer bag (if you like lots of sauce use 2 packets soup mix). Add chicken and coat well. Brown chicken and add to slow cooker with bacon and onion.
Add 1 cup of water (per packet of soup mix - 2 packets = 2 cups of water) to the left over flour and soup mix, whisk well and pour over chicken.
Cook for around 6 hours on low.
When cooked add sour cream (I use 4-5 tablespoons) and chopped parsley.
