Sprinkle mustard seeds, currants and cinnamon over pears
Pour cider over everything
Cook for 6hrs on low (Woolworths 1.5L sc)
Once pears have softened and dropped down into the liquid adjust slow cooker lid so it sits slightly ajar, continue cooking until liquid has reduced to a syrup
Can be served with roast pork or my daughter likes it chilled over cream cheese with crackers
