Ingredients
700 grams gravy beef cubed
8 slices shortcut bacon chopped
4 medium potatoes chopped
2 carrots thick slices
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
3 tablespoons crushed garlic
1/4 cup gravy powder
2 teaspoons beef stock powder
2 tins crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
freshly ground black pepper
broccolini add in last 1/2 hour
250 grams raw soup pasta (risoni or any small pasta can be used)
Instructions
Brown cubed beef and bacon (personal preference)
Place all ingredients into sc except for broccolini and pasta.
Stir well.
Cook 2 hours high and 3 1/2 hours low
Add pasta and broccollini
Cook for a further 1/2 hour low or until pasta cooked to your liking
Notes
Any vegetable can be used but this is what I had on hand at the time.
Can be served with crusty rolls or just on its own.
If becomes too dry add a little hot water.
Cooked in Breville 7L sc.
