1 stick of Celery, diced
1 large eschalot , diced
1/2 cup Vegetable stock
Cracked Pepper

Instructions
Place cabbage, carrot, celery, shallot, ham and speck in slow cooker bowl, toss to mix
Pour stock into slow cooker bowl
Create a hollow in cabbage and nestle pork hock into this
Sprinkle pinch of cracked pepper over everything
Cook on low for 6-7hrs (Contempo 5.5L sc) until pork hock is tender and starting to fall apart
Serve with Baby Baked Potatoes and sprinkle of parsley
Notes
My potatoes took 6-7hrs on low in the Aldi Ambiano 3L Slow CookerÂ
If you don't have a second slow cooker you can steam your potatoes
