Ingredients
1 Can of Dr Pepper
1 Bottle Masterfoods smokey BBQ sauce
1 kg Beef ribs
Instructions
1.Mix the BBQ sauce (leave out half a cup for basting later) and Dr Pepper together.
2.Place ribs in slow cooker and pour over mixture.
3.Cook on low for 6 hours.
4.Remove ribs from slow cooker (carefully as they fall off the bone) and baste with bbq sauce that was set aside earlier.
5.Place under the grill for 15 minutes to get a yummy sticky glaze.
Notes
Any BBQ sauce works fine.
Can also use pork or lamb ribs.
Dr Pepper can be found at Woolworths and Coles in the international aisle also available from The Reject Shop.
Coke can also be used in substitute for Dr Pepper.
