(as many of each of the above as you wish to make)
Garlic Butter spread (or blend your own butter with minced garlic)
Medium skewers (soaked in water for 15mins if wooden)
Instructions
Lay out one strip of Prosciutto and spread generously with garlic butter
Lay one prawn or chicken strip on the end of the Prosciutto and wind until wrapped
Thread onto skewer
Lay skewers in slow cooker on a sheet of non stick baking paper
Cook on HIGH
45mins cooking time for chicken
15mins cooking time for prawns
Note I cooked Prawns after the chicken so some preheating of bowl had occurred. You may need to add 10mins extra heating/cooking time in other slow cookers when this isn't the case.
Optional: spoon garlic butter cooking juices over final cooked skewers for serving
