Ingredients
2kg roast camel
3 tablespoons minced garlic
2 spring onion
1/2 litre beef stock
Instructions
Place roast in slow cooker.
Chop spring onion through over same with garlic.
Pour stock over.
Put on low for 8hrs
Add gravy power to some stock
Serve mash potato and pumpkin
