Place half of the onion on base of cooker
Remove any netting from pork and place pork on the onion pieces - fat side down
Scatter remaining onion around pork sides
Combine mustard's and jam together well and brush onto pork, pour over any excess
Cook on low for 8hrs
Gently turn over your pork and remove fat layer and discard
Carefully shred/pull apart the meat (with plastic/silicone tools to protect your slow cooker) and mix the pulled meat through cooking juices/marinade
When fully cooked the meat will pull apart easily ... I literally use just tongs ... it's that easy
Serve as pulled pork on burgers, on salad, on pizza, even with side veg. Any way you like to :)
