Combine the flour, vegeta, 1 tablespoon of paprika in a large bowl season with pepper.
Add the chicken and gently toss to evenly coat in flour mix ( keep flour mix aside for later)
Add 150g of butter into fry pan on a medium heat until foaming, add chicken and cook evenly until evenly brown and set aside.
In slower cooker add rest of butter and saute onion until transparent. And butter is melted.
Add tomato paste, half a cup of the flour mix, 1 tablespoon of paprika a dash of pepper and stir until a nice paste .
Add chicken to slow cooker and coat in paste as well as possible. ( don't worry too much as water will be added)
Make sure all chicken is compacted together nicely as when adding water you just want the water sitting just below top of chicken. (too much water makes it to runny)
Mix all ingredients well in slow cooker.
Cook on low heat in slow cooker for 6hrs
After this time remove chicken and either shred from bone or breast. Leave aside.
Meanwhile boil pasta
Add sour cream to slow cooker and stir well.
Replace chicken back in slow cooker.
Strain pasta and add to slow cooker
Stir and serve.
