Beef Meatballs in Creamy Mushroom Gravy
My kids love the meat balls and the sauce, and hopefully yours will too.

Meat balls
- 600gms beef mince (I used premium)
- 2 tbs crushed garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp basil
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg.
Sauce
- 1 400g can cream of mushroom soup
- 300mls cooking cream
- 1 packet French onion soup mix (salt reduced)
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 8 teaspoon drops cream cheese.
Make meatballs and add to slow cooker
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over, add cream cheese dollops on top
Cook on low for 4hrs.
Stir gently halfway through. Sauce will be thick and creamy.
