Kickin Sausage Hotpot
A very spicy Sausage Hotpot, easy to prep, cook, versatile for serving

- 6 thick gourmet beef sausages
- 6 thin bbq sausages
- 150g bacon pieces
- 2 onions
- 2 tsps minced garlic
- 3 chillis, chopped
- 1 packet Masterfoods Sausage Hotpot sc sauce
- 1 bottle Beerenberg pepper shot bbq sauce
- 2 cups water
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 x 800g packet frozen vegies (or thereabouts)
Brown sausages , set aside to cool then chop them as you as you wish
Brown the onion and each 30 seconds add onion, bacon, chilli, garlic and Worcestershire sauce
Add chopped snags to 6.5l sc
Add browned veg to sc
Pour frozen veg into sc
Mix sauce packet, bbq sauce and water
Pour into sc and gently stir to mix
Cook on low 8 hours
Served with wedges but would also be great with potato or cauli mashes, and / or crusty bread rolls
