Shredded Beef and Black Bean - Easy Style
Ideal to serve over Hokkien Noodles but mash and vegetables are also nice

Ingredients
1.2kg Beef Roast (Bolar)
1 bottle of ready made Beef and black bean sauce
1 teaspoon Dried Garlic/fresh garlic
Hokkien noodles to serve
Instructions
Place beef into Slow cooker
Pour sauce over meat
Add a little water in jar and shake to get excess and pour over meat
Sprinkle garlic on top
Put lid on slow cooker
Turn on low for about 8 hours
Halfway through cooking just turn meat
When finished shred meat and return to cooking sauces
Serve over hokkien noodles with side of steamed veg
