Ingredients
Potatoes (I used 8 )
400ml double cream
500 ml milk
1 leek
Grated cheese
Garlic puree
Instructions
Peel and slice potatoes
Put cream, milk and puree into sauce pan and heat
Do a thin layer of potatoes on bottom of slow cooker
Pour portion of sauce over
Continue to do so until all potatoes and cream used
Sprinkle leeks and cheese on top
I added garlic for extra kick
Cook on low for 6hrs
