Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp minced ginger
4 tsp mince garlic
3 tbsp corn flour
1tbsp water
Garnish
Chilli
Sesame seeds
Spring Onion
Instructions
Place chicken in cooker on low 2.5hrs
Mix all other ingredients except cornflour and water and pour over chicken.
When cooking time is up remove sauce and reduce on hot plate adding mixed cornflour and water until reduced and thickened up.
Serve chicken and pour over sauce, garnish with chilli, sesame seeds and spring onions.
