My family’s favourite pulled pork recipe. I serve it as burgers on brioche buns with homemade coleslaw and sea salt chips. Pineapple rings are also nice to add to the burger.
Put all marinade ingredients in the slow cooker. Whisk with a silicone whisk until all well combined.
Place in pork, cover with marinade.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
