Pork and Veal Pasta Sauce with Tomato & Basil

Ingredients
500g tray of combined pork and veal mince
100g diced bacon
1 small onion, fine diced
2tsp minced garlic (2-3 cloves)
8 sun dried tomatoes halves, diced
1 heaped Tblsp basil pesto
1 tsp cracked black pepper
500g jar of your favourite pasta sauce (I like Tomato with Italian herb for this recipe)
To Serve
500g packet of Penne Rigate pasta, cooked
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except pasta & parmesan), into slow cooker and mix well
Cook on low for 5hrs
Serve on cooked pasta with a sprinkle of fresh grated Parmesan
