Loaded Vegetable spaghetti sauce

Vegetable loaded spaghetti sauce to serve with your favourite pasta and top with cheese.

Ingredients
 

  • 16 small meat balls (store bought or homemade)
  • 500g beef mince
  • 200g blended mushrooms
  • Half a cauliflower blended
  • Half a broccoli blended
  • Half a capsicum diced
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 2 zucchini grated
  • Small onion diced
  • 1tbs garlic
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tin of Italian tomatoes
  • 2 x 500g tomato soup

Instructions
 

  • Sear Meatballs (optional)
  • Add mince and all other ingredients to the cooker, mix well and add meatballs.
  • Cook on high for 2.5 hours
  • Optional- Add tin cannelloni beans a few minutes before serving. Add some chilli flakes for a kick
  • Serve with your favourite cooked pasta and top with cheese.
