- 800g Butternut pumpkin
- 650g Carrots
- 400g Parsnip
- 400g Swede
- 650g Sweet Potato
- 1L Vegetable stock
Chop all vegetables and place in slow cooker bowl with stock
Cook for 8-9hrs (Contempo 5.5L sc) on LOW
Blitz in food processor or with a stick mixer
Season to taste with salt and pepper
