St Patrick's Day Guinness Pickled Pork.

Tender pull apart pork, not too salty as the Guinness takes bit of the saltiness out.

Ingredients
 

  • Pickled pork
  • 1 can Guinness (440ml)
  • 1 cup soda water (250ml approx)
  • 1 tbs brown sugar.

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker
  • Cook 8 hours on low

Optional

  • Use 1 cup pan juices combined with 3T gravox/gravy powder, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup milk and pepper to make gravy.
