Ingredients
Pork Chops or Pork Belly
3 Apples, cut into wedges
1/4 Leek, sliced
2 large Potatoes, cut into wedges
3 carrots, cut into sticks
3 parsnips, cut into sticks
100mls Vegetable stock or 1/4 tspn Vegetable stock powder and 100mls water
200g Beans
NOTE--
I generally use 1 Pork Chop per person depending on size or approx 1.5kg piece Pork Belly
Instructions
Place apples and leek in slow cooker bowl
Add stock
Add pork, then potatoes, carrots and parsnip on top of pork
Cook for 6-7hrs on LOW (Contempo 5.5L sc)
Add beans with approx 1hr remaining
