Poke the potatoes with a fork. (roughly 3 times on either side of the potato)
Put oil and salt on the potatoes (whatever amount you desire)
I wrapped the potatoes in foil but some would prefer not to cook in foil and I am sure it would cook the same without the foil.
I did each one, one at a time so if you want to do the same it is pretty much poke with fork, put oil and salt on potato, wrap in foil, REPEAT!
Put enough water to cover the bottom of the slow cooker.
COOK ON HIGH FOR 4-5 HOURS.
When the potatoes are cooked cut an x in the potato and open the potato up a bit.
Top with fried ham, cheese, pineapple, sour cream and avocado.
