Place 1/2 the pork in slow cooker bowl
Add beans over pork
Add 1/2 the bacon, onion and garlic over beans
Place sausages on top of onions
Add remaining bacon, onion and garlic over sausages
Pour passatta over onions
Add thyme and rosemary and bay leaves
Place remaining pork on top
Sprinkle pepper over pork
Cook for 8hrs on LOW (Contempo 5.5L sc)
Remove top pieces of pork to an oven safe tray and place in 200°c oven or under grill to crackle
Carefully break sausages into bite size pieces and shred remaining pork, gently stir through sauce
Serve with mashed potato or pasta
