Chunky chilli con carne
Serve with plain corn chips or tortillas and cheese, even some sour cream

- 1kg gravy or chuck steak chunked
- 1 brown onion peeled and sliced
- 2x 400g tin of diced tomatoes
- 3 tblsp of tomato paste
- 1tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup Campbellās beef stock
- 4.5tsp cumin
- 3tsp ground coriander
- 2tsp oregano
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 400g tin kidney beans
- Cheese to serve
- And plain corn chips or tortillas
Place all ingredients except kidney beans and cheese/chips and tortillas into slow cooker. Stirring occasionally
Cook on high for 4 hrs or low for 5-6hrs or when meat is tender, in the last half hour stir in the kidney beans.
Serve with plain corn chips or tortillas and cheese, even some sour cream
