Put chicken, cream, stock cubes, bacon and chorizo in slow cooker
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Add in the baby spinach at the end
I served with rice

Also a great low carb option with alternate side servings
I sometimes leave the bacon and chorizo out at the start and cook it in a fry pan to make it crispy and add it to the slow cooker just before serving, either way works
