Ingredients
500g pork mince
3 tsp sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1/2 tabelspoon minced garlic
2 small (or 1 large) red chilli's thin sliced, (deseeded if, like me, you don't like too spicy, or leave seeds in for extra heat)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 cup green shallots/spring onions sliced
1 cup bean sprouts
Lettuce cup leaves to serve
Instructions
Add sesame oil, raw pork, ginger, garlic, chilli and oyster sauce to slow cooker
Cook on HIGH for 90mins then give a good stir
Add shallots and bean sprouts, stir and cook for additional 15mins
Serve as San Choy Bow in washed lettuce cups
Notes
Great low carb option as the oyster sauce is divided between all serves so minimal carbs each
You could also serve is as a delicious Asian Mince on wraps
Could easily double recipe to serve as entree for a larger crowd
Cooked in my 3.5L Crockpot
