- 500 ml Chicken Stock
- 500 ml Red Wine
- 2 tspn dried Rosemary
- 2 tspn dried Thyme
- 2 tspn minced Garlic
- 1 tspn minced Ginger
- 2 tspn wholegrain Mustard
- 1 tin Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 finely chopped Onion
- 1 finely chopped Celery Stick
- 1 cup chopped Mushrooms
- 2 tspn Basil
- 125ml mint sauce
- 1 x 400g can peas and carrot
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 tspn minced chilli
- 4 Lamb Shanks--
- 3 heaped tblspn Cornflour
- 4 heaped tblspn Gravy Powder
Add & mix all ingredients except Cornflour & Gravy Powder to Slow Cooker, set to Low for 7 hours,
Add blended Cornflour & Gravy Powder, cook a further hour on high.
Times can be shorter, serve with mash & greens to suit.
