Ingredients
12 slices of brioche bread
40g packet of sultanas
1 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup water
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 eggs, whisked
Instructions
Cut each slice of bread into 9 cubes
Arrange all bread in bottom of 5L slow cooker
Scatter sultanas on top of bread
Combine all other ingredients and pour over bread and sultanas
Mix gently to coat
Cover with tea towel trick and cook on low for 1.5 approx or whenever egg mix has fully set around pudding
Serve with a creamy vanilla custard or ice cream
