Double Choc Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
 

  • 125 butter, melted
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • ½ cup white chocolate melts/buttons
  • 1 and ½ cups caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well
  • Line slow cooker with baking paper and give it a light spray with non stick oil
  • Pour brownie mix into slow cooker, onto paper, and cook on HIGH with tea towel trick in place for approx. 1.5hrs
  • Allow to cool slightly to firm more before slicing (if you can resist that long haha)
