Ingredients
12 thin beef sausages
4-6 washed small baby potatoes, skin on
3 medium carrots, sliced
1 cup frozen peas
1 x 400g can condensed tomato soup
1 x 40g sachet french onion soup mix, dry
1T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
Cut each baby potato into 6 pieces, keeping them small ensures they cook through tender
Add potato to slow cooker along with carrot slices and peas
Cut each sausage into quarters and add to slow cooker
Combine soups and sauce and pour over the sausages and vegetables
Gently mix to combine then leave to cook for 2hrs on high then 4hrs low (equivalent to 6hrs on auto setting)
You could also cook it on low for approx 7-8hrs if you prefer longer cooking time
We served ours with steamed broccoli
Cooked in a 6L slow cooker
