Combine all the nachos ingredients in the slow cooker
Cook on low for 5hrs
To serve, arrange chips on serving plates, spoon over nachos meat and top with grated cheese (see notes)
Add a dollop of sour cream and smashed avocado

We like to zap the nachos in the microwave for 30-60 seconds per plate to melt the cheese nicely before adding the rest of the toppings, but that’s optional :)
You can replace the 6 spices with a 40g sachet of taco type seasoning if you prefer to make an easier version.
