Honey Soy Pulled Chicken
Full of flavour and nicely balanced. This is a family favourite of ours. Our kids devour it ?

- 1-1.2 kg Chicken thighs
- 2 dessert spoons plain flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce/ketchup
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs kecap manis
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs apple cider or white vinegar
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
Coat whole thighs in flour and add to slow cooker.
In a small jug combine all other ingredients
Pour over chicken and cook 4-6 hours on low, depending on your slow cooker.
Shred chicken and serve with grated cheese, coleslaw and baby spinach in a burger or in a soft taco.
