Ingredients
700g - 1kg lamb
Punnet of mushrooms finely chopped
4 celery sticks
3 carrots
1 onion
Crushed garlic
Mixed herbs
2x tins of crushed tomatoes
Tomato purée
500ml of stock
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Cut everything up finely
Add all ingredients except pasta to the slow cooker
Cook on low for 8 hrs.
Add pasta raw in the last hour
I used lamb leg steaks but any cut would work
