Mango Chutney Chicken Drumsticks
Indian style mango chutney and chicken drumsticks go together to form a delicious drumstick dinner the whole family will love!

1 - 1.5kg chicken drumsticks 1 onion diced 1 x 425g can of mango slices, drained and cut into slices 1 x 350g jar of Indian style Mango Chutney (NOTE: the kind from Indian section of the grocery store not the kind in the jam section) 1-2T corn flour mixed with 1T water
Place raw chicken into slow cooker and top with diced onion
Add mango slices and pour over mango chutney
Cook on low for approx. 5hrs, stirring once half way to disperse chutney
10mins prior to serving add the corn flour slurry thicken the sauce to a lovely gravy
Notes You could also cook this with chicken fillets like thighs/breasts etc however if doing so reduce time to 3-4hrs only
