Cooked to perfection.
I used thigh cutlets with only sprinkle of garlic powder plus chicken stock in the hot water. Just enough flavour to use in salads or sandwiches for lunch prep.

This was absolutely delicious. To shred I chopped into a few chunks then placed in my stand mixer. Came out beautifully
