Ingredients

20gr butter

1 tbls vanilla essence

2 x 220g blocks of Cadbury dream white chocolate

1 395g tin of condensed milk.

Directions

1Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir on low every 15 mins for one and a half hours, place in tin lined with baking paper and chill in the fridge to set

Extremely simple to make. I used approx 500g (2 and 1/2 blocks) of the Aldi Choceur white chocolate. Lovely but very sweet! Probably took about 70 minutes on low in my slow cooker, which tends to run a bit hot.
