White choc, coffee macadamia fudge
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 2 blocks white chocolate
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 tbs butter/marg
- 1 tbs coffee essence
- Macadmias (crushed)
Instructions
- Break up white chocolate and place in slow cooker on HIGH with all other ingredients EXCEPT macadamias.
- Stir every 15 minutes for 1.5 hours
- Pour into tray and scatter macadamias across the top.
- Place in fridge until set.
