Wagon Wheel Cups
Ingredients
- Pkt of Biscuit base
- Pkt of Marshmallows
- Strawberry jam
- Chocolate to melt
Instructions
- Make biscuit base according to packet, press base mixture into patty pan, put in slow cooker, cook on high for an hour, (tea towel under lid)
- Spread base with dollop of strawberry jam, cut marshmallow into 3 & cover jam, cook in slow cooker for a further 15 minutes.
- Put in fridge to cool, when cool, dip top into melted chocolate, let chocolate set, wagon wheel cups are ready.

Grandson made these last week. A big hit & not as sweet as you’d think they’d be.
Absolutely delicious and they look fantastic too ? I have been wanting to try these for quite a while but haven’t managed to find the biscuit base packet mix at the shops. Good old Google to the rescue ?
1 cup SR flour
1 cup brown sugar
125gm butter, melted
1 cup dessicated coconut
Mixed these ingredients together and pressed a good Tablespoon of mixture into base of muffin tray (using a glass). Absolutely heavenly ?? My partner said they taste like a choc-coated Iced Vovo biscuit… Yummy!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipe with us Faith, my family couldn’t get enough of these ?
