I have been cooking this recipe for ages and it was pointed out to me that I have never put a review on the recipe. I used a 5ltr and a 3ltr slow cooker and cooked on low overnight. My dog loves this whenever he gets the chance, it is a fantastic addition to his otherwise rather boring daily dry food.
Thanks Tabatha
Thank you, I’m going to try this for my dog who won’t eat anything but cat food.
Our two Jack Russells love this. They will not tinned dog food. Thanks for sharing Tabatha.
My babies love this. Ive since also tried it with 2kg chicken pet mince ($1kg) and tuna, both worked wonderfully. I also added tumeric black pepper and coconut oil. Which is my dogs requirements and good for joints and digestion.
My girls love this! Thank you!
Where can I get the 12 grain soup mix. I am in Wollongong
James Woolworths sell it
Hi, I’m interested in trying this recipe. I thought garlic is toxic for dogs and cats.
Consult with your vet for correct advice 🙂
Made this for my boys halfed the recipe so I could fit in the slow cooker
Past 2 nights both bowls empty i gave them 200g each as that’s what they used to get when I gave them the dog roll
Will do my maths but I think this will be cheaper overall and I can cook overnight for them
