Volcano potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- Enough each of cut up ham, cheese, shallots, & tomato to fill potatoes once hulled out in the middle,
- sour cream
- grated cheese
Instructions
- With raw potatoes cut a small pieces from the bottom so they stand up, hull out the middle of potato and fill with mixture,
- Add 1 cup of water to slow cooker and cook - 3-4 hrs high depending on what size and thickness of potatoes
- When cooked add some more sour cream and cheese so it over flows down the side
