  • Continental Chilli Con Carne Satchet
  • 2 x Tomato/Pasta sauce jars
  • 1 large eggplant
  • 3 medium brown onions
  • 2 medium capsicums
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups corn kernals
  • 2 packets Quorn Meatballs
  • 2 cups pasta
  • Fresh grated Parmesan to serve


  • Put all ingredients in Slow cooker except Pasta and Parmesan, on low for 8 hours.
  • Half an hour before end add pasta and stir through.
  • Optional: Serve with fresh grated Parmesan on top.

  1. Don’t put Parmesan cheese on.

    Parmesan is never vegetarian as its made with calf rennet. If it’s not got calf rennet it cannot be called Parmesan.

    Put a veggie strong cheddar or veggie hard cheese with salt to taste instead.

    Go fir a vegetarian hard cheese or a veggie mature cheddar instead.

  2. Made this dish, thought it lacked flavour, next time I will add grated carrot and mushroom to the sauce mix to enchance flavour
