Vegetable Soup

Fresh Potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, celery, broccoli, brussel sprouts, onions, garlic

500mls vegetable stock

500mls chicken stock

1 cup of water

Sprinkle of ground ginger


1Cut up all your vegetables

2Place garlic onion celery in a large pan to soften and release flavor

3Then add all other vegetables

4Sprinkle with ground ginger and heat thru

5Add stock and water, bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes

6Take off stove and place in slow cooker

7Set cooker to LOW, and cook for 7 hours
