  • Fresh Potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, celery, broccoli, brussel sprouts, onions, garlic
  • 500mls vegetable stock
  • 500mls chicken stock
  • 1 cup of water
  • Sprinkle of ground ginger


  • Cut up all your vegetables
  • Place garlic onion celery in a large pan to soften and release flavor
  • Then add all other vegetables
  • Sprinkle with ground ginger and heat thru
  • Add stock and water, bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes
  • Take off stove and place in slow cooker
  • Set cooker to LOW, and cook for 7 hours
