Vegetable Soup
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- Fresh Potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, celery, broccoli, brussel sprouts, onions, garlic
- 500mls vegetable stock
- 500mls chicken stock
- 1 cup of water
- Sprinkle of ground ginger
Instructions
- Cut up all your vegetables
- Place garlic onion celery in a large pan to soften and release flavor
- Then add all other vegetables
- Sprinkle with ground ginger and heat thru
- Add stock and water, bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes
- Take off stove and place in slow cooker
- Set cooker to LOW, and cook for 7 hours
