Vegetable Slice

-1 each carrot & zucchini coarsely grated

-1 large onion finely diced

-1/4 cup mixed corn & peas

-1/2 tbs garlic crushed

- 1/2 cup grated cheese

-1 cup SR flour

-4 whole eggs.

-1 tsp dried parsley

-salt & pepper


1Mix all ingredients thoroughly

2Pour into lined SC

3Cover with tea towel and fold over top

4Cook on high for 2 hours OR 4 hours on low

I tried this for the 1st time tonight n I was very impressed, turned out great!!! The only thing I left out was the 🌽 n I added a tsp of mixed herbs as well but other than that, I followed this recipe to a T!!! Very nice, will definitely make this again 😊👍👌

I always line with baking paper myself 🙂

Just wondering with the veggie slice it says to line sc is that with baking paper or foil ?

Nice vegetable slice, I added extra vegies to mine and next time I will add some spices to give it a bit more flavour. I cooked on LOW for 4 hours but will take it back to maybe 3 hours next time
